**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Oversee maintenance of water lifting pumps, hot water systems, swimming pools, hydro-pneumatic systems, and all toilet facilities.
- Ensure functionality of smoke detectors, fire alarm panels, and related systems.
- Inspect incoming materials and execute maintenance plans to ensure quality standards.
- Assist in forecasting maintenance requirements, creating budgets, and scheduling expenses for plumbing-related work.
- Ensure all work is executed according to approved specifications and maintain comprehensive records of all executed work.

**Qualifications**:

- Education:

- Diploma or BTech in Mechanical Engineering from an accredited institution.
- Experience:

- 5-7 years of experience in operations and maintenance (not installation), specifically in STP, ETP, and pump room operations.
- Technical Skills:

- Proficient in preparing technical specifications, scope, deliverables, estimates, and Bill of Quantities (BOQ).

**Required Skills**:

- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to meet deadlines while multitasking and prioritizing workloads.
- Flexible, target-driven, and proactive approach to tasks.
- Administrative and IT proficiency.
- Self-motivated with a positive attitude.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
