**Role:

- Planning Executive (Printing Industry)**

The main role of this profile is to study the print and merchandise job and plan it for production while coordinating closely with the sales team to ensure all the information for processing the order is accurate and received on time.

**Qualifications & Experience:

- Any Diploma/Graduate or Diploma/Degree in print (preferred)
- 5+ work experience in printing industry in similar role.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Process and plan job **:Study the job (Print collateral and branded merchandise); break it into its production stages and timelines; Coordinate with internal stakeholders and plan the job and breakup the timelines and enter in offline excel / ERP
**Order punching in the system** : Enter the order in the ERP / Production panel
**Coord for Missing information from Sales **:Coordinate with sales to get the complete information needed to process the order.

**Primary**:

- Technical knowledge of Print Operations and Printing technologies (Digital, Offset, Screen)
- Scheduling of printing jobs
- Problem Solving skills
- MultiTasking
- Attention to detail
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Knowledge of Gmail, Gdrive (ppt, excel, word)
- Time Management

**Secondary**:
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹37,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
