Print Technologist

**Responsibilities**:

- Follow up for Artwork with DTP team and review the same for errors.
- Coordinate with client for approval of proofs, artworks, drafts
- Coordinate with Technical/Production/Dispatch team for processing order.
- Receipt & Closure of Job Cards and update records
- Maintain record of client database, customer complaint & feedback
- Coordination with clients for quotes, confirmation of order and addressing quality issues.
- Knowledge of preparing invoice & quotations
- Obtain essential art templates and printing parameters from clients and forward to designers as required.
- Any other work assigned by the HOD

**Salary**: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
