Our team in **Mumbai** currently has an opening for a **RSM - West**

**YOUR ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES**: Create regional sales plans in alignment with business objectives

Manage the sales team effectively and ensure all sales targets are met within the set timeframe.

Identify and develop opportunities in new markets in the region

Effectively manage and facilitate team members by providing support in sales target achievement, dealing with issues such as product pricing and delivery within the agreed timelines, etc.

Develop, Supervise, Motivate and Train team members on sales attainment and customer retention.

Prepare and review the annual budget for the region / area of responsibility

Address potential problems and suggest prompt solutions

Ensure Cordial Customer relations; meeting and exceeding customer expectations about product delivery timelines and quality within the set budgetary boundaries.

Timely and accurate submission of Regional MIS and other sales reports to all stakeholders

Ensure regional collection targets are met within the stipulated timelines

Effectively manage customer delinquency by way of established debt collection procedures.
**YOUR PROFILE**: Graduate or Diploma in any discipline (Preferably B.E. Mechanical / Chemical) and MBA
