**Job Summary**

**Responsibilities**
- Implement and maintain RSA Archer IRM and RSA Archer eGRC solutions to support the organizations GRC framework.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements for GRC processes and translate them into technical solutions.
- Conduct regular assessments and audits to ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
- Create and maintain documentation for GRC processes configurations and procedures.
- Monitor and report on the effectiveness of GRC controls and recommend improvements.
- Train and support end-users on RSA Archer functionalities and best practices.
- Work closely with IT and security teams to integrate RSA Archer with other systems and tools.
- Ensure data integrity and accuracy within the RSA Archer platform.
- Participate in GRC-related projects and initiatives to enhance the organizations risk management capabilities.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and developments in GRC and RSA Archer technologies.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of GRC processes and methodologies.

**Qualifications**
- Possess a Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field.
- Have 3 to 6 years of experience in GRC engineering or a related role.
- Demonstrate hands-on experience with RSA Archer IRM and RSA Archer eGRC.
- Exhibit strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Have excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
- Be detail-oriented and capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Display a proactive approach to identifying and addressing GRC issues.
- Show familiarity with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
- Have experience in conducting assessments and audits.
- Demonstrate the ability to create and maintain comprehensive documentation.
- Be committed to continuous learning and professional development.
- Show a strong understanding of risk management and compliance principles.
