**Roles and Responsibilities**

1) Handling compliance requirement including registration requirements under various statutes like Income Tax, SEBI, FEMA, GST, SEZ and FEMA etc.

2) Preparation of response to notices received from statutory authorities

3) Going through statutory updates on a daily basis and identifying the impact of the updates for clients

4) Research and response to compliance related queries received from other team members and clients before agreed turnaround time.

5) Handling Secretarial requirements on recurring basis for all the clients
