**Hiring for Corporate and Regulatory Practice in a leading venture capital firm**

**Job Summary**:
A leading Firm is looking to hire an enthusiastic **Company secretary/ LLB graduate** with **3-5 years of experience** in **corporate laws compliance/ advisory** to join a leading venture capital and growth investing firm, in their corporate and regulatory practice team which predominantly focuses on compliance, advisory, and mergers and acquisitions-related services from a regulatory and legal standpoint.

It is a **leading venture capital and growth investing firm** investing across India, Southeast Asia, and beyond. Over the last 17 years of their operations in the region, they have grown to manage over $9bn in capital across 13 funds and invested in over 400 companies, of which ~40 companies have achieved revenues of over $100MM. Their team of professionals works across 5 offices - Bangalore, Mumbai, Delhi, Singapore, and Dubai and spans 14 nationalities.

**Location**: Indiranagar, Bangalore

**Educational Requirements**:

- Company secretary/ LLB graduate/ Both

**Technical Skills Required**:

- Client relationship management
- Conducting compliance planning for clients to meet with the compliance obligations as per statute
- Providing advice on Corporate laws and regulations
- Adhering to client's Corporate laws compliance timelines as per statute
- Leading and managing engagements in the field of corporate laws for clients
- Coaching / developing junior members on the concepts of corporate laws
- Attend external trainings and keep updated with the latest developments.

**Inter-personal Skills**:

- Excellent communication, drafting and presentation skills
- Client relationship management
- Good commercial acumen
- Team player

**Work type**: Work from office

**Working days**: Monday to Friday

**Salary**:To be decided post-interview based on your experience, skills, and knowledge. But be rest assured, that you will get a good hike on your current salary :)
