**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Greet and interact with walk-in customers in a warm and professional manner.
- Explain menu items, offers, combos, and daily specials to customers.
- Upsell popular or high-margin dishes and beverages to increase order value.
- Take and confirm orders accurately, ensuring clear communication with the kitchen.
- Suggest suitable add-ons (desserts, sides, beverages) to enhance customer orders.
- Ensure the dining area is clean, welcoming, and organized.
- Address customer questions, feedback, or concerns promptly and courteously.
- Track and report daily sales, customer preferences, and feedback.
- Coordinate with the cashier and kitchen staff to ensure smooth service.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Prior experience in restaurant sales or customer service preferred.
- Friendly, outgoing, and persuasive personality.
- Strong communication skills in Tamil and basic English.
- Ability to handle customers during busy hours calmly and efficiently.
- Basic knowledge of POS systems and billing is an advantage.
- Willingness to learn about the menu and ingredients to guide customers better.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
