- Proficiency in overseeing and resolving issues within software systems for effective business management
- Deliver technical assistance to SAP Basis users by working closely with the development team, executing system upkeep and enhancements, setting up servers, and administering databases
- Utilize SAP HEC and EMS services for the implementation, set-up, and customization of the Basis module within SAP systems

- Assist in the installation of support packs, conduct upgrades, initiate backups and recovery, perform system refreshes, and troubleshoot SAP systems
- Should have experience in administering databases, performing failover procedures for production systems, and optimizing the performance of SAP systems through continuous monitoring
- Preferred to have good interpersonal and problem-solving skills
