**Job Title**: UK Voice Process

**CTC**: Up to ₹27,000 per month + Incentives

**Experience**: 0-1 year (Freshers welcome)

**Working Days**: 5 days a week + 2 rotational offs
**Education**: Undergraduate or Graduate (any stream)
**Location**: Sector 18, Gurgaon

**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Handle inbound and outbound voice calls for UK customers.
- Understand customer requirements and offer appropriate product/service solutions.
- Achieve daily and monthly sales targets through effective communication.
- Maintain accurate call records and update customer information in the CRM system.
- Follow process guidelines and compliance policies during customer interactions.
- Manage objections professionally and convert leads into successful sales.
- Provide post-sales support and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Participate in regular training sessions to improve product knowledge and communication skills.
- Coordinate with team members and report daily performance to the team leader.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹27,000.00 per month
