**Job Summary**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with internal teams to understand training requirements and objectives.
- Develop and maintain a training schedule, ensuring timely execution of programs.
- Coordinate training logistics, including venue selection, equipment setup, and resource allocation.
- Manage training materials, ensuring they are prepared and distributed to participants as needed.
- Communicate training details to participants, including schedules, venue information, and any pre-training requirements.
- Respond to participant inquiries and provide necessary information.
- Assist in onboarding trainers, providing them with necessary information and resources.
- Act as a point of contact for trainers during training programs.
- Collect feedback from participants and trainers to assess the effectiveness of training programs.
- Compile and analyze evaluation data to identify areas for improvement.
- Maintain accurate records of training activities, attendance, and participant feedback.
- Generate reports on training metrics and present findings to relevant stakeholders.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in a related field.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficient in using training management software and tools.

**Timings: 9:30 AM to 5:30 PM**

**Working days: 5 (Sat-Sun off)**

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
