**About the Role**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Oversee **end-to-end logistics operations** for D2C orders including order processing, dispatch, tracking, and delivery management.
- Coordinate with **courier partners, warehouses, and internal teams** to ensure timely and accurate delivery.
- Manage **inventory movement, stock reconciliation**, and reporting across multiple platforms.
- Handle **import and export documentation**, customs clearance, and international shipment coordination (if applicable).
- Identify and resolve logistics-related issues such as delays, losses, or damages efficiently.
- Monitor and analyze logistics KPIs — TAT, delivery accuracy, and return ratios — to improve performance.
- Collaborate with procurement and supply chain teams for smooth inbound and outbound flow.
- Manage and mentor the logistics team, assigning responsibilities and monitoring daily operations.
- Develop cost-efficient shipping strategies and vendor management practices.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and statutory regulations related to logistics and transportation.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in **Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Operations, or a related field**.
- Minimum **3 years of experience** in logistics operations (preferably in a **D2C or e-commerce** environment).
- Experience in **import/export documentation** and international logistics preferred.
- Strong knowledge of **shipping platforms, courier integrations, and warehouse processes**.
- Excellent coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Proven experience in **team handling and vendor management**.
- Proficiency in **MS Excel** and familiarity with **ERP or order management systems**.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
