**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage daily dispatch operations, ensuring accurate and timely delivery of vehicles/spare parts.
- Coordinate with warehouse, production, and logistics teams for order fulfillment.
- Prepare dispatch challans, invoices, e-way bills, and transport documents.
- Perform accurate data entry in ERP or Excel related to inventory, dispatch records, and stock updates.
- Track and update dispatch status, transport tracking, and delivery confirmations.
- Maintain records of incoming and outgoing materials.
- Assist in packaging, labeling, and loading activities as needed.
- Handle communication with transport vendors and customers for dispatch coordination.
- Ensure compliance with company dispatch and documentation processes.

**Requirements**:

- **Education**: Minimum Graduate (Any stream); additional logistics or supply chain course is a plus.
- **Experience**: At least 1 year in dispatch/logistics and data entry roles (preferably in the automotive/EV sector).
- **Skills**:

- Proficient in MS Excel, Word, and ERP systems (Tally/SAP preferred).
- Strong knowledge of dispatch and inventory processes.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Attention to detail and time management.
- **Language**: Basic communication skills in English and Hindi.

**Working Conditions**:

- 6-day work week
- Office & warehouse environment
- May involve standing/walking during inventory checks

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹15,000.00 per month

Schedule:
