**Position Overview**

**Key Responsibilities**

**Order Processing**: Review and process customer orders, ensuring accuracy in product specifications and delivery timelines.

**Coordination**: Coordinate with production, warehousing, and logistics teams to schedule and organize dispatch activities.

**Documentation**: Prepare and maintain shipping documents, including packing lists, invoices, and delivery notes, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.

**Inventory Management**: Monitor inventory levels and work with the warehouse team to manage stock and ensure the availability of products for dispatch.

**Logistics Coordination**: Liaise with transport providers to arrange timely and efficient delivery of products, negotiating freight costs when necessary.

**Quality Control**: Conduct pre-dispatch inspections to ensure that products meet quality standards and are packaged appropriately for transit.

**Customer Communication**: Communicate with customers regarding shipment schedules, delivery status, and any issues that may arise.

**Reporting**: Maintain accurate records of dispatch activities and prepare reports on delivery performance and inventory levels for management review.

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 02 of experience in dispatch or logistics within a manufacturing environment, preferably in the steel or solar industry.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficient in logistics and inventory management software, as well as Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high-quality standards.

**Application Process**

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
