As a **Data Scientist** at Arcus Policy Research, you will:
**Data Preparation and Cleaning**: Collect, clean, and validate large datasets from various sources, ensuring data integrity and quality.

**Data Exploration and Visualizations**: Explore datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights, creating data visualizations and dashboards to effectively communicate findings to stakeholders.

**Model Development and Deployment**: Design, develop, and validate econometric and machine learning models, ensuring high predictive performance. The Data Scientist will also be required to engage with third parties to deploying the said models on live platforms.

**Methodology Review**: Identify and understand methodologies used in existing forecasting models, incorporating relevant learnings into your work.

**Documentation**: Support the preparation of key documents that highlight the construction, validity, and scalability of the models you develop.

**Collaboration**: Work closely with researchers and policy analysts to design and implement data-driven research projects.

**Reporting**: Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations summarising research findings and recommendations.

**Technical Support**: Provide technical support and guidance to team members on data-related issues.

Pay: ₹700,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift
