**Internship Overview**:
We are seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Logistics Interns. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in logistics operations while pursuing further education at RM Education Academy. Interns will work closely with experienced professionals, participate in real-world projects, and develop valuable skills for a successful career in the logistics industry.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Assist in Logistics Operations**: Support the logistics team in day-to-day operations, including inventory management, order processing, and transportation planning.
- **Warehouse Management**: Gain practical experience in warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping goods. Learn about warehouse layout optimization and inventory control techniques.
- **Documentation and Record-Keeping**: Assist in maintaining accurate records of shipments, inventory transactions, and other logistics-related documentation. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
- **Data Analysis**: Collect and analyze data related to logistics operations, performance metrics, and key performance indicators (KPIs). Assist in identifying trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement.
- **Customer Service**: Collaborate with the customer service team to address inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction throughout the logistics process.
- **Research and Development**: Conduct research on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in logistics and supply chain management. Assist in identifying opportunities for innovation and process optimization.

**Qualifications**:

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in work.

**How to Apply**:
**Salary**: ₹140,000.00 - ₹150,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

- Commission pay
- Overtime pay
- Performance bonus
- Yearly bonus

**Education**:

- Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (preferred)
