**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
✔Operate and monitor tube-filling machines to ensure smooth production processes.
✔Adjust machine settings for different product formulations and packaging specifications.
✔Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting to minimize downtime.
✔Inspect finished products for defects and ensure compliance with quality standards.
✔Maintain a clean and safe working environment, following safety protocols and GMP guidelines.
✔Record production data and report any issues to the supervisor.
✔Collaborate with the production and quality control teams to optimize efficiency and quality.

**Qualifications & Requirements**:
**Hard Skills**:
✔Experience operating tube-filling machines in a manufacturing setup (preferably in cosmetics, skincare, or oral care industries).
✔Knowledge of machine maintenance and troubleshooting.
✔Familiarity with GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) and safety regulations.
✔Ability to read and interpret machine manuals and production specifications.

**Soft Skills**:
✔Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
✔Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with mínimal supervision.
✔Team player with excellent communication skills.
✔Commitment to quality and efficiency.

**Education & Certifications**:
✔High School Diploma or equivalent.
✔Technical certification in machine operation or industrial mechanics is a plus.

**Preferred Experience**:
✔Minimum 1-3 years of experience in tube-filling or packaging machine operations.
✔Prior experience in cosmetics, skincare, or oral care manufacturing is preferred.
