**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
✔Set up and operate packaging machines for skincare, cosmetics, and oral care products.
✔Monitor machine operations to detect malfunctions and ensure smooth production.
✔Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of machines.
✔Ensure compliance with GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) and safety regulations.
✔Maintain accurate production records and reports.
✔Conduct quality checks to ensure packaging meets company standards.
✔Collaborate with the quality control and production teams to optimize efficiency.

**Qualifications & Skills**:
**Hard Skills**:
✔Experience in operating and troubleshooting packaging machinery.
✔Knowledge of manufacturing and packaging processes in the cosmetic, skincare, or oral care industry.
✔Understanding of GMP, safety protocols, and quality assurance standards.
✔Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and machine specifications.

**Soft Skills**:
✔Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
✔Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
✔Good communication and coordination skills.
✔Proactive mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.

**Education & Experience**:
✔Minimum Qualification: High School Diploma or ITI Certification in Mechanical/Electrical fields (preferred).
✔Experience: 1-3 years of experience as a Packaging Machine Operator in a ✔cosmetic, skincare, pharmaceutical, or FMCG manufacturing industry.
✔Prior experience with automated or semi-automated packaging machines is a plus.
