**Job Summary**:
Location: Andheri west

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Sales and Customer Engagement**:

- Engage with event attendees and potential customers to promote and sell food and beverage packages.
- Provide detailed information about the food offerings, including ingredients, preparation methods, and special promotions.
- Assist customers in making selections based on their preferences and dietary needs.
- **Sales Transactions**:

- Handle cash and electronic transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain records of sales and inventory levels to ensure accurate reporting.
- Upsell additional items to enhance the customer experience and increase sales.
- **Customer Service**:

- Provide excellent customer service by answering questions, addressing concerns, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Resolve any customer complaints or issues promptly and professionally.
- Maintain a clean and organized sales area, ensuring that all food items are presented attractively.
- **Event Coordination**:

- Work closely with event organizers and staff to ensure smooth operations and adherence to event guidelines.
- Set up and dismantle food sales stations, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Assist with inventory management, including ordering, stocking, and replenishing food and beverage items as needed.
- **Marketing and Promotion**:

- Distribute promotional materials and samples to attract customers and generate interest in the food offerings.
- Collect customer feedback and suggestions to help improve products and services.
- Support marketing initiatives and campaigns related to event food sales.
- **Reporting and Documentation**:

- Prepare and submit daily sales reports and inventory updates to the Event Sales Manager.
- Document any issues, incidents, or customer feedback to help improve future events and sales strategies.

**Key Qualifications**:

- **Education**:

- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Additional coursework or certifications in hospitality, sales, or food services is a plus.
- **Experience**:

- Previous experience in food sales, catering, hospitality, or event management is preferred.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a customer-facing role.
- **Skills**:

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage and connect with diverse customers.
- Strong sales and negotiation skills with a customer-focused approach.
- Basic math skills and the ability to handle cash and electronic transactions accurately.
- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
