**Position** - Admission Counsellor
- **Job Timings**: 09:00 am to 06:30pm, Monday to Friday, 2 Saturdays working (9 am to 2 pm)
- **Experience**: 2-3 years of experience in sales with the education industry as a counsellor or corporate sales executive in B2B.
- **Qualification**: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education is a must.
- **Locations**: Gurgaon, Haryana
- **Salary**: 35000/- to 40000/- per month
- **Number of open position**: 3

**Roles &** **Responsibilities**:

- Effective Counselling of students/ parents about our Courses and Modules
- Converting the leads/enquiries as admissions
- Conducting market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs
- Identifying business opportunities by identifying prospects
- Taking regular follow-ups of the leads generated until closed
- Achieving weekly, monthly targets set by the management
- Managing daily logistics and allotments,
- Actively seeking out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media
- Completing the admission process (form filling, fee collection, system update, etc.)
- Maintain communication with students/parents through various channels
- Building a relationship of trust and respect with the students/parents
- Identifying references through the existing customer base to increase the sales pipeline
- Coordinating for various courses and other promotional activities for student registration
- Submission of daily task reports and App student update
- Coordinating with other branch counsellors
- Promote and set up events in the corporate & nearby societies

**Required Skillset**
- Understanding of Education-Based Counselling
- Good communication & interpersonal skills
- Customer centric approach
- Good listening skills
- Comfortable to make multiple calls a day
- Excellent communication skills
- Thorough understanding of sales and creating a sales funnel
- Fast learner with a passion for sales
- Detail oriented
- Willingness to learn and take initiative
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
- Aptitude to delivering the best quality
- Self-driven, pleasing personality & team player
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office

**Salary Bracket and Benefits**:

**Salary**: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
