You will be working as Global Early Talent Program in Finance and will be part of Process Automation Business Area for Process Industries Division based in Bangalore, India. In this role you will be reporting to Business Controller and will be responsible for supporting Project Manager in all financial and commercial matters and actively drive the project’s performance and assigned to multiple smaller projects

**Your responsibilities**:

- Your responsibilities will include tasks within Operational (Accounting and Reporting) and strategic controlling and finance
- Supporting preparation of relevant organization financial reporting, planning, budgeting and forecasting
- Validating accuracy of financial data and business information by performing reconciliations and review of exceptions
- Providing information to management by assembling and summarizing data, preparing reports, making presentations of findings, analyses, and recommendations
- Participation in reviews, supporting project execution team on financial aspects such as revenue recognition, cashflow planning, accounting and reporting

**Your background**:

- Recent graduate (preferably Master’s level) in Finance, Business Administration, Economics or related fields
- Previous initial work experience in the finance function can be considered
- Professional fluency in English, other languages are a plus
- Excellent written and oral communication skills with team spirit and global mindset
- Persistence, curiosity to learn and open to new ideas
- Attention to detail and accuracy
