**About the Role**:
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented **Video Editor** to join our team. You will be responsible for transforming raw footage into engaging, high-quality video content that aligns with our brand voice and communication goals. This role requires a blend of technical expertise, storytelling skills, and a keen eye for visual aesthetics.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Edit and assemble raw video footage into polished final products.
- Trim footage segments, add transitions, effects, music, and graphics.
- Collaborate with the creative team to understand project goals and deliver on-brand content.
- Optimize videos for different platforms (YouTube, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Work with motion graphics and basic animation (if required).
- Ensure consistent style, tone, and quality across all video projects.
- Stay updated with industry trends and video editing best practices.
- Manage and organize media assets and project files efficiently.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a video editor with a strong portfolio.
- Proficiency in editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, After Effects, or DaVinci Resolve.
- Basic knowledge of color grading, sound design, and motion graphics.
- Strong storytelling and pacing skills.
- Ability to handle multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
- Attention to detail and creative problem-solving skills.
- Degree/Diploma in Film, Media, Communications, or a related field is a plus (not mandatory).

**Nice to Have**:

- Experience with photography or cinematography.
- Familiarity with social media trends and short-form content.
- Skills in graphic design tools like Adobe Photoshop or Illustrator.

Pay: ₹10,247.03 - ₹30,039.09 per month
