Position: Hand Embroidery Sampling Designer

**Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with the design team to conceptualize and create hand embroidery samples for new products.
- Develop intricate hand embroidery designs and patterns based on customer requirements, market trends, and design briefs.
- Execute sampling projects from concept to completion, including design creation, material selection, and production coordination.
- Work closely with skilled artisans to ensure precise execution of hand embroidery techniques and detailing.
- Conduct research on traditional and contemporary hand embroidery techniques, materials, and trends to enhance design capabilities and innovation.
- Review and refine hand embroidery samples based on feedback from internal stakeholders and clients.
- Maintain organized records of hand embroidery designs, samples, and production specifications.
- Assist in troubleshooting technical issues related to hand embroidery processes.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design, Textile Design, or related field.
- Proven experience in hand embroidery design and sampling, preferably in the fashion or têxtile industry.
- Proficiency in handembroidery
- Strong creative vision and aesthetic sense, with a keen eye for detail and color.
- Excellent hand embroidery skills and knowledge of various stitching techniques.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing design requirements and client preferences.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹50,199.34 per month
