**Key Responsibilities**:

- Digitize manually created embroidery samples or design new embroidery patterns from scratch using references provided by our fashion designers.
- Maintain cost control by optimizing stitch count and ensuring designs are efficient while maintaining quality.
- Offer design direction for embroidery to fashion designers and help in improving overall design aesthetics and functionality.
- Ensure accuracy and high-quality digital designs for various types of embroidery work, including sequins, beadwork, cording, and Aari work.

**Required Skills**:

- Proficiency in embroidery digitizing software (preferably Wilcom, but other alternatives are also welcome).
- In-depth knowledge of various embroidery techniques, including sequins, beadwork, cording, and Aari work.
- Strong attention to detail, creativity, and an eye for design.
- Experience in optimizing designs for cost-efficiency while maintaining high-quality standards.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with fashion designers and vendors to meet production needs.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience with digital embroidery design in a fashion industry setting.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
