Content Creator

We are seeking a talented and dedicated Content Writer and Communication Specialist for our SaaS product. As a key member of our organization, you will play a vital role in creating and curating engaging content/communication for our social channels, websites, events. Our aim is to educate our Product to a wide audience.

**Content Creation**: Research, write, and edit high-quality articles, blog posts, social media, media content and other forms of content that effectively communicate complex topics in a simplified manner.

**Topic Curation**: Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in healthcare, fitness, lifestyle, and related fields. Identify relevant topics for content creation based on audience interests and industry demands.

**Editing and Proofreading**: Review and revise content to ensure accuracy, clarity, and adherence to style guidelines. Check for proper grammar, spelling, and punctuation.

**Content Strategy**: Collaborate with the editorial team to develop content strategies that align with our platform's objectives and target audience.

**Research**: Conduct thorough research to gather accurate information from reputable sources. Verify facts, statistics, and references to maintain content integrity.

**Ideate and Execute Events**: Plan, implement, and lead trade shows, sponsored events, and company-hosted conferences to gain brand visibility, and strategically position inFeedo in the public sphere.

**Plan and Execute Communication Program**: Design and roll out media releases about the product and the company to drive awareness and make inFeedo's voice heard through major media outlets, including print, online publications, and broadcast media.

**Drive Customer Advocacy**: Liaison with clients and the product team to develop case studies and success stories, which will help our product reach a wider audience.

**Content Management**: Organize and maintain a social content calendar, ensuring timely delivery of articles and posts. Ensure content is appropriately tagged, categorized, and optimized for easy retrieval.

**Collaborative Approach**: Work closely with graphic designers, multimedia specialists, and other team members to enhance content with visual elements, graphics, and multimedia assets.

**Engagement and Promotion**: Participate in social media promotion and engagement activities to increase reach, drive traffic, and foster audience interaction with our content.

**Quality Assurance**: Conduct regular audits and evaluations of published content to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes.

**Influencer management**: Managing relationships with our partners and influencers by providing required content, guidance, feedback, and support to help them achieve pre set goals.

**SEO Optimization**: Implement basic search engine optimization techniques to enhance content visibility and reach.

**Requirements**:
1. Education: Bachelor's or Master's Degree.

2. Experience: Prefer 2 - 5 years of experience working with agencies and/or B2B SaaS companies.

3. Core Skills: Excellent communication skills with experience in leading internal and external communication initiatives that can create experiences and shape perceptions.

4. Knowledge of media content creation tools is a must

5. Cross-functional Approach: Should have a hustler mindset, be self-motivated, deeply passionate about the product, and comfortably collaborate with team members across functions.

Pay: ₹15,189.71 - ₹25,551.89 per month
