**About Us**:
Sourcebae is a dynamic platform connecting businesses with top tech talent. We are looking for a creative and confident **Content Creator** who can plan and shoot engaging videos while being comfortable appearing on camera to represent the brand.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Plan and shoot high-quality videos for social media, marketing campaigns, and brand promotions.
- Conceptualize creative video ideas and scripts aligned with the brand's goals.
- Act as the face of the brand in videos, ensuring confidence and clarity on camera.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align content with brand strategy and audience preferences.
- Research and implement trends to create innovative and engaging content.
- Coordinate with the editing team to ensure the final video meets expectations.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in video planning and production.
- Confident and charismatic on camera, with excellent communication skills.
- Ability to handle professional video equipment (camera, lighting, etc.).
- Strong creative thinking and storytelling abilities.
- Basic understanding of social media trends and audience engagement.

**Preferred**:

- Experience of atleast 1 year in content creation for the IT or tech industry.
- Familiarity with scripting and storyboarding.

**How to Apply**:
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
