**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in product planning, requirement gathering, and documentation.
- Work closely with the sales team to understand customer needs and prepare product presentations.
- Support compliance activities by ensuring product features meet industry, ISO, and regulatory standards.
- Conduct market and competitor research to support product improvements.
- Prepare compliance-related reports and assist in audits or regulatory reviews.
- Coordinate with internal teams (tech, operations, sales) for smooth execution of product requirements.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Commerce, or a related field.
- Knowledge of **product management processes** (roadmapping, requirement gathering, lifecycle management).
- Understanding of **sales processes** and client engagement.
- Knowledge of **compliance standards** (e.g., ISO, GDPR, KYC, AML).
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Internship or prior experience in product, sales support, or compliance roles.
- Proficiency in MS Office/Google Workspace and project management tools.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
