Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in product planning, requirement gathering, and documentation.
  • Work closely with the sales team to understand customer needs and prepare product presentations.
  • Support compliance activities by ensuring product features meet industry, ISO, and regulatory standards.
  • Conduct market and competitor research to support product improvements.
  • Prepare compliance-related reports and assist in audits or regulatory reviews.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (tech, operations, sales) for smooth execution of product requirements.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Commerce, or a related field.
  • Knowledge of product management processes (roadmapping, requirement gathering, lifecycle management).
  • Understanding of sales processes and client engagement.
  • Knowledge of compliance standards (e.g., ISO, GDPR, KYC, AML).
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Preferred Skills:

  • Internship or prior experience in product, sales support, or compliance roles.
  • Familiarity with ISO standards (e.g., ISO 27001, ISO 9001) and their application in compliance.
  • Proficiency in MS Office/Google Workspace and project management tools.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20, ₹30,000.00 per month
