Job Profile:
Production planning and supervising the entire operation to achieve the targeted production.
BPR's, SOP's preparation, its implementation and its compliances.
Monitoring and inspection of Raw materials issued up to the process Area.
Batch completed BPR review and submit to QA.
Responsible for controls of Production Batches.
Monitoring process batches without any deviations and delays with cGMP guidelines.
Carrying the daily in process checks & Reactions involved in the Process. To ensure the production activity are carried out strictly in accordance with the instruction given in BPR.
Monitoring solvent recovery and recycle processes.
All process solvent handling as per MSDS.
Coordinate with engineering department to carry out preventive maintenance and calibration instrument.
Follow safety rules and regulations.
Finding out the unsafe conditions and solve it.
Indentting the Raw materials for planned batches.
Identification of problems related to maintenance job in process area.

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 per month

**Experience**:

- Reactors of SSR's, and GLR's.: 7 years (preferred)
- Filters like ANF, Candle filters, Sparkler Filters.: 7 years (preferred)
- Dryers like Steam Tray Dryer, Vacuum tray Dryers.: 7 years (preferred)
