**Responsibilities**:

- Design user interfaces and user experiences for web and mobile platforms using *Adobe XD and Figma*.
- Create *responsive designs* that provide optimal viewing and interaction experiences across various devices and screen sizes.
- Develop wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, interactive prototypes, and user flows to effectively communicate design ideas.
- Conduct user research, competitive analysis, and usability testing to inform and validate design decisions.
- Collaborate with developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs and maintain design consistency.
- Maintain and enhance design systems, style guides, and component libraries.
- Work with branding teams to ensure designs align with the overall brand strategy and visual identity.
- Stay updated on the latest *UI/UX trends, tools, and best practices* to continuously improve design quality.

**Requirements**:

- Proven professional experience as a *UI/UX Designer* or similar role.
- Proficiency in *Adobe XD and Figma* for designing and prototyping.
- Strong understanding of *responsive design principles* and mobile-first design.
- Knowledge of user-centered design processes, wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing.
- Solid grasp of design fundamentals including typography, color theory, and visual hierarchy.
- Ability to effectively communicate design concepts and decisions to stakeholders and developers.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred.

Preferred Skills:

- Familiarity with tools like Sketch, Illustrator, or Photoshop.
- Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for design feasibility understanding.
- Experience in creating animations or micro-interactions for interfaces.
- Understanding of accessibility standards and inclusive design principles.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
