Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and deliver engaging lesson plans that align with state regulations and industry standards.
- Instruct students in practical and theoretical components of cosmetology, ensuring they acquire the necessary skills and knowledge.
- Provide individualized support and mentorship to students, fostering their professional growth and confidence.
- Evaluate student performance through assessments, practical demonstrations, and examinations.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized classroom and salon environment.
- Stay current with industry trends, techniques, and technologies to provide relevant instruction.
- Collaborate with other instructors and administrative staff to enhance the educational program.
- Assist in curriculum development and improvement based on student feedback and industry developments.
- Promote a positive and inclusive learning environment.

Qualifications:

- Current cosmetology license and teaching certification (as required by state regulations).
- Proven experience in the cosmetology field, with expertise in various disciplines.
- Previous teaching or training experience preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to motivate and inspire students.
- Knowledge of current beauty trends and techniques.
- Proficient in using technology and teaching tools.
