**Job Summary**: The Cosmetology Counselor will serve as a key resource for clients seeking advice on beauty treatments, products, and career paths in the cosmetology industry. This role involves providing personalized consultations, promoting educational programs, and fostering a welcoming environment that encourages clients to pursue their beauty aspirations.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct one-on-one consultations with clients to assess their needs and goals in beauty and wellness.
- Provide expert advice on cosmetology services, products, and trends.
- Guide clients in choosing appropriate courses and training programs based on their interests and career objectives.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to enhance retention and satisfaction.
- Stay updated on the latest industry trends, techniques, and products to provide informed recommendations.
- Organize and facilitate workshops, demonstrations, and informational sessions to educate clients about services and industry developments.
- Collaborate with cosmetology instructors and staff to ensure clients receive comprehensive support.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and follow up on inquiries.
- Assist in marketing and promotional activities to attract new clients and students.

**Qualifications**:

- Valid cosmetology license (or equivalent certification) and experience in the beauty industry.
- Strong knowledge of cosmetology services, products, and trends.
- Previous experience in counseling, customer service, or education is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficient in using technology and social media for client engagement.
