**Job Description**:
Kgees Fine Foods Pvt Ltd is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth by promoting and selling our range of fine food products to potential clients and maintaining relationships with existing customers. This position requires a proactive approach to sales, excellent communication skills, and the ability to understand and meet customer needs.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute strategies to achieve sales targets and expand customer base.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and cold calling.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend appropriate products or solutions.
- Negotiate contracts and close sales deals to meet revenue objectives.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve any issues or concerns.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments.
- Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to management.
- Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and other promotional events to showcase company products.
- Continuously strive to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques through training and self-learning.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Sales Executive or relevant role in the food industry.
- Strong sales aptitude with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to build and maintain effective relationships with customers.
- Self-motivated with a proactive and results-oriented attitude.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Willingness to travel as needed.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
