**Key Role**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Pallet Vendor Management**:

- Source and qualify new vendors for export orders, ensuring they meet quality, delivery, and pricing requirements.
- Negotiate prices, terms, and delivery schedules with vendors.
- Monitor vendor performance and address any issues or delays promptly.

**Quality Assurance**:

- Collaborate with the Quality Control team to analyse export quality data, identify trends, and root cause of defects.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve product quality and reduce defects.
- Monitor and track key quality indicators (KPIs) and report on progress.
- Conduct quality audits and gap analyses to identify areas for improvement in export processes.

**Process Optimization**:

- Analyse existing export processes, identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies.
- Develop and implement process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
- Document and standardize export procedures to ensure consistency and compliance.
- Utilize data analysis and process mapping techniques to visualize and optimize workflows.

**Internal Controls**:

- Assist in the development and implementation of internal controls to mitigate risks associated with export operations.
- Ensure compliance with relevant export regulations and quality standards.
- Conduct internal audits to assess compliance with internal controls and procedures.

**Data Analysis & Reporting**:

- Collect, analyse and interpret data related to export performance, quality, and internal processes.
- Prepare reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to management.
- Develop dashboards and scorecards to track key performance indicators (KPIs).

**Stakeholder Management**:

- Collaborate with various departments, including Sales, Production, Logistics, and Quality Control, to ensure smooth and efficient export operations.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
