Business Architect, Finance Transformation Office

**What You'll Do**
You will have the opportunity to be a valuable member of the Finance Transformation Office leading the transformation of capabilities & processes in the Order to Cash, Procurement, Accounts Payables and Record to Report, Payroll process areas. Finance Transformation Office seeks a highly motivated business architect who will collaborate with stakeholders & IT partners to design digital capabilities & deliver outcomes supporting company strategy.

The responsibilities include but not limited to..
- Engage with the business partners at different levels of hierarchy to understand business strategy and identify various outcomes
- Build a digitization roadmap of process, policy, people & data/system changes to achieve the business outcomes
- Partner with stakeholders to build business case and create portfolio proposals to achieve the outcomes
- Collaborate with IT architects to create a scalable solution architecture blue print for the outcomes
- Obtain executive buy-in for Key Business Decisions & Key Design Decisions
- Write, Review and validate business requirements
- Lead x-functional implementation team to deliver the capabilities end-to-end with high quality
- Implement best practices/processes/tools and mentor the team on the same
- Lead cross-functional business and system process improvement
- Manage multiple assignments effectively
- Lead efforts in evaluation and selection of third party software, vendors and/or service providers.

**Who You'll Work With**
Finance Transformation Office plays a key role in enabling critical company strategies such as operationalization of monetization models, sales strategies, country expansion. The team find ways to support these strategies while keeping the focus on compliance and controls. The team works with many functions within the enterprise rationalizing policies, identifying capabilities, and designing processes that enable the digitization of enterprise.

You will have the opportunity to work with this team of intellects, who constantly find innovative ways to transform decade old processes/systems to scale for new markets/monetization models.

**Who You Are**
You have got experience designing/implementing solutions in ERP. You are self-driven and demonstrate the can-do attitude to achieve the outcomes. You are capable of breaking complex business problems into solvable issues.

Our minimum requirements for this role:

- Strong experience in preparing resolving Key Business/Design decisions, working with stakeholders at all levels to resolve problems and align on solutions, preparing/reviewing BRD (Biz Requirement), MD50 (Functional Specification), BR100 (Configuration), Solution design documents, Test Strategy/plan, and Training Materials
- Strong stakeholder management experience and ability to present ideas/solutions to Biz/IT and senior management as needed
- Experience in release methodologies (AIM, Waterfall, Agile)
- Excellent relationship management skill.
- Experience working in Big 5, CA/CPA qualifications will be preferred
