**_IT Intern Duties and Responsibilities:_**
- Support the IT team in maintaining hardware, software, and other systems.
- Lead generation.
- Assist with troubleshooting issues and provide technical support.
- Replacing defective or broken products as necessary.
- Assist in maintaining inventory records and documentation for Equipment.
- Perform minor repairs to equipment and arrange for other servicing needs.
- Maintain open communication and positive relationship with staffs.
- Collecting, analysing, and storing data for use in reports.

**_Requirements:_**
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail
- Student must have good knowledge about Hardware, Software and others systems.
- Must be a self-motivated problem solver, and student should have a desire to learn new technologies.
- Knowledge of lead generation.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and efficiently manage time
- Ability to exercise good judgment and effectiveness in working with a high performing team
