**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in developing interior design concepts, mood boards, and presentations.
- Prepare detailed drawings, floor plans, elevations, and 3D renderings using design software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or Adobe Creative Suite).
- Support in selecting materials, finishes, furniture, fixtures, and equipment (FF&E).
- Source and coordinate samples with vendors and suppliers.
- Participate in client meetings, take notes, and assist in preparing design proposals.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure design intent is maintained through project execution.
- Assist in creating cost estimates, budgets, and timelines for interior projects.
- Maintain project documentation, design libraries, and sample materials.
- Visit project sites to support the implementation of design solutions and ensure quality control.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
- 0-2 years of professional experience in interior design or related field.
- Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Photoshop, and InDesign.
- Strong understanding of design principles, color theory, and materials.
- Excellent communication, organisation, and teamwork skills.
- Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Portfolio showcasing design and technical skills.

**Preferred Skills (Nice to Have)**:

- Experience with 3D visualization tools (e.g., Lumion, Enscape, V-Ray).
- Familiarity with sustainable and ergonomic design practices.
- Basic knowledge of building codes, accessibility standards, and construction documentation.

**Work Environment**:

- Office-based with occasional site visits.
- Collaborative, creative, and fast-paced team setting.
