Conduct medical checkup of guests who come for treatment, carry out diagnosis, prescribe medicines, and fix the mode of medicine consumption.
- Examine the quality of medicines in stock once in a month.
- Supervise preparation of medicine in the Hospital.
- Submit proposals for the maintenance works of the Hospital on or before 31st December of every year and ensure its inclusion in the maintenance plan of the resort for the succeeding year.
- Proper upkeep of registers including Attendance Register, IP Register, Occupancy Register, BMW Register, Swap Report register, Referral register and all other records as per NABH Standards.
- Ensure proper upkeep and maintenance of diagnostic equipment’s and apparatus.
- Give suggestions for cultivating medicinal plants.
- Propagate bio possibilities for eliminating and controlling carriers of communicable diseases.
- Active involvement in the bio waste disposal functions by adopting suitable waste management methods at the Hospital and promoting plastic free environment.
- Prepare and submit indent of medicines based on the number of guests.
- Hold weekly office meetings, attend monthly evaluation meetings, and prepare reports and documents.
- Provide solution to the complaints related to the treatments. Offer replies to the concerned regarding execution of suggestions.
- Exercise proper control over the hospital staff and ensure that the department is functioning as per the company policy. The Medical Officer shall allocate the duties and responsibilities related to the hospital among the staff.
- The Medical Officer is liable to provide necessary suggestions for the nurturing of trees planted.
- The Medical Officer should prepare the modules for training and shall lead the sessions. The Medical Officer may seek the assistance of experts in preparing the modules.
- Medical officer should provide training to Junior Medical Officers and Therapists to ensure the service standards are maintained.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
