**Role Overview**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Conduct outreach activities to generate qualified leads for ICA Edu Skills courses.
- Promote course offerings via calls, in-person visits, webinars, and seminars.
- Explain course features, benefits, and career outcomes to prospective students.
- Organize and participate in field campaigns and local marketing events.
- Maintain and update lead data, track engagement, and follow up consistently.
- Work closely with the admissions and placement team to align marketing goals with institutional objectives.
- **Education**: Graduate in any discipline (UG: Any Graduate).
- **Experience**: 0-2 years (Freshers with strong communication skills are welcome).
- **Skills Required**:

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable with outbound calling and field visits
- Ability to conduct webinars/seminars confidently
- Proactive attitude and target-oriented mindset
