**Site Supervisor - Job Role**

**1. Job Purpose**
To oversee on-site installation, assembly, and finishing of furniture projects, ensuring quality, safety, and timely completion as per design specifications.

**2. Key Responsibilities**
- **Site Coordination** - Supervise installation teams, allocate daily tasks, and ensure workflow efficiency.
- **Quality Control** - Inspect materials, workmanship, and finishes to match design and client requirements.
- **Project Scheduling** - Coordinate with the production unit, suppliers, and contractors to meet deadlines.
- **Technical Supervision** - Read and interpret technical drawings, layouts, and design specifications.
- **Safety Compliance** - Enforce workplace safety rules and maintain a hazard-free site.
- **Client Interaction** - Address client queries, provide updates, and ensure satisfaction.
- **Material Handling** - Verify material deliveries, track usage, and prevent wastage.
- **Problem Solving** - Resolve on-site issues, defects, or deviations from design promptly.
- **Documentation** - Maintain daily site reports, attendance records, and progress updates.

**3. Skills & Qualifications**
- Diploma/ITI in Furniture Manufacturing, Interior Design, Civil, or related field.
- 2-5 years of experience in furniture installation or interior fit-outs.
- Knowledge of carpentry, modular furniture systems, and finishing techniques.
- Strong leadership, time management, and communication skills.

**4. Work Environment**
- Primarily site-based (client locations, offices, showrooms).
- Requires travel between sites.
- May involve extended hours to meet project deadlines.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Panvel, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Education**:

- Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (preferred)

**Experience**:

- total work: 1 year (preferred)
- Supervising: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:

- Hindi, English (preferred)
