**Job description**

**Roles and Responsibilities**
- Billing Engineer for Civil and Interior Project. Head Office Location.
- Having onsite experience in Construction Projects, and having in-depth knowledge in R.C.C. Structural works, Architectural finishing works, Interiors.
- Prepare BBS, MB, MIR, RA bill and estimation, reconciliation bill with BOQ.
- Value engineering, suggestion, and evaluation of alternate methods to save costs and time
- Prepare periodic cost reports and assist the planning manager in budget and cost reporting.
- Prepare contract documents, including bills of quantities assessing material requirements, indents, reconciliation of materials
- Rates Analysis and reconciliation of Material

**Salary**: ₹40,000.00 - ₹43,000.00 per month
