Key Responsibilities - Prepare detailed BOQs, rate analyses, and tender documents. - Track contractor billing, variation claims, and final account settlements. - Establish and monitor financial controls across multiple contractor packages. - Support procurement decisions with cost-benefit analyses. - Provide accurate reporting and documentation for project cost management. - Perform additional duties as assigned by management to meet project or organizational needs. Specific Requirements (Role-Based) - Strong knowledge of estimation software, construction market rates - Proven skills in analytical assessment, documentation skills - Proficiency in MS Excel, AutoCAD, and estimation software tools. - Strong presentation, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
