**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Social Media Strategy Development**:

- Design and implement a comprehensive social media strategy to establish a strong online presence for the company.
- Identify target audiences and select appropriate social media platforms to maximize engagement and reach.
- **Content Creation and Management**:

- Develop engaging, high-quality content, including text, images, videos, and graphics, tailored for each platform (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.).
- Plan and maintain a content calendar to ensure consistent and timely posting.
- Collaborate with the creative and product teams to highlight company achievements and promote products.
- **Marketing Campaigns**:

- Plan, execute, and optimize social media marketing campaigns to promote the company’s products and services.
- Run paid advertising campaigns on platforms like Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, and Google Ads to generate leads and increase sales.
- **Analytics and Reporting**:

- Monitor social media performance metrics such as reach, engagement, and conversions using analytics tools.
- Prepare monthly reports and provide insights to improve future campaigns and strategies.
- **Community Management**:

- Engage with followers by responding to comments, messages, and queries promptly.
- Build and nurture an online community around the company’s brand.
- **Market Research and Trends**:

- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging social media tools and platforms.
- Suggest new strategies to improve the company’s online presence and marketing effectiveness.
- **Collaboration and Coordination**:

- Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align social media efforts with the company’s overall goals.
- Coordinate with external vendors and influencers for collaborations and partnerships.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in social media marketing or digital marketing.
- Proficiency in social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.) and tools like Canva, Hootsuite, Buffer, or similar.
- Knowledge of SEO, SEM, and digital advertising.
- Strong creative skills with a keen eye for design and content aesthetics.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
