**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop, curate, and publish engaging content (text, images, videos) for all social media channels (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.)
- Plan and execute monthly content calendars aligned with the marketing strategy.
- Monitor, respond to, and engage with followers and online communities in real time.
- Collaborate with stakeholders for campaign planning and execution.
- Stay updated on social media trends, algorithm changes, and competitor activities.
- Analyze performance metrics and prepare weekly/monthly reports using tools like Meta Insights, Instagram Analytics, and Google Analytics.
- Support paid social media campaigns in collaboration with the performance marketing team.
- Manage influencer collaborations and brand partnerships where relevant.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in managing brand social media accounts.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, content strategies, and audience behavior.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative thinking and a keen eye for visual aesthetics.
- Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or basic video editing tools is a plus.
- Experience with social media scheduling and analytics tools (e.g., Buffer, Later, Hootsuite).

**Preferred Qualities**:

- Passionate about social media and digital storytelling.
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple brand pages simultaneously.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
- Positive attitude and team-player mindset.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
