**Qualifications and Skills**
1. Minimum of 3 months of experience in telesales or collection Any One
2. Excellent verbal communication skills with fluency in English (additional language proficiency is a plus).
3. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with diverse customers.
4. Goal-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
5. Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
6. Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM tools.
