**Updating the database/CRM with all the customer's information.**
**Ensuring the customers are satisfied by the services provided to them.**
**Using a sales script to handle the customers efficiently.**
**Building a strong relationship with the old and existing customers.**
**Taking and processing customers' orders in a professional manner.**
**Creating monthly sales reports and presenting them to the GM/BDM.**
**Providing an excellent customer service to the customers.**
**Answering to customers' questions in regards to products and services.**
**Adhering to all the company’s rules and regulations.**
**Stay abreast with the latest trends in the industry.**
**Planning and preparing presentations**

**Researching and identifying sales opportunity, generating leads, target**
**identification and classification**
**Reaching out to new customers and making pitches over the telephone outlining**
**the benefits of product/ services.**
**Understanding the client requirements and then customizing the product/**
**services as per their needs**
**Maintaining relationship with all potential clients**
**Ensuring proper servicing and after sales support to clients**
**Be aware of company policies**
**Required Education / Experience**:
**Bachelor’s degree in any field**
**1+ years of work experience as a Telesales Executive, Telesales Representative,**
**or a related job position in the Sales department.**
**Excellent oral and written communication skills.**
**Proficient in Microsoft Office tools.**
**Outstanding ability to follow scripts.**
**Pleasant and customer-oriented individual.**
**Ability to handle multiple tasks.**
**Exceptional sales and negotiation skills.**
