A Real Estate Client Coordinator acts as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the real estate transaction process, managing communication, coordinating administrative tasks, ensuring smooth operations, and maintaining client satisfaction by addressing inquiries and concerns while providing excellent customer service, all while adhering to legal and compliance standards. Key Responsibilities:

- **Client Communication**:

- Schedule appointments for property showings, appraisals, inspections, and closings with clients and relevant parties.
- Provide regular updates on transaction progress and keep clients informed of key milestones.
- **Administrative Support**:

- Manage client files, ensuring all documents are accurately maintained and readily accessible.
- Prepare necessary paperwork including contracts, disclosures, and addendums, following legal compliance guidelines.
- Coordinate with escrow companies, title companies, lenders, and other third-party vendors to ensure smooth transaction flow.
- Track deadlines and follow-up on outstanding items to meet closing timelines.
- **Transaction Management**:

- Assist with property listing preparation, including gathering necessary property details and marketing materials.
- Coordinate repairs and inspections, communicating with contractors and clients regarding necessary updates.
- Review contracts and purchase agreements for accuracy and compliance.
- Facilitate communication between sellers, buyers, agents, and other stakeholders.
- **Relationship Building**:

- Build strong rapport with clients to understand their needs and priorities throughout the real estate process.
- Proactively address potential issues and find solutions to ensure client satisfaction.
- Provide post-closing follow-up to clients, gathering feedback and maintaining ongoing relationships.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail
- Proficiency in real estate contracts, legal documents, and compliance regulations
- Knowledge of local real estate market and procedures
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
- Proficient in CRM systems and relevant real estate software
- Real Estate license (depending on location)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹65,000.00 - ₹75,000.00 per month
