**Your main responsibilities in this position will be to**:

- Serve as the link between the P&O Value Streams and HRSS Analytics Services. Be the first point of contact for functional questions from the streams and facilitate/ translate this into operational actions and vice versa.
- Service improvements: investigate and recommend methods to update, simplify and enhance analytics processes, procedures and technologies in existing services and initiates improvements related to reporting and analytics services.
- Help and guide the HRSS reporting team in the upskilling and growth journey.
- Contribute in DSM wide key analytics projects.
- Act as the global specialist and liaison/coordinator to support projects, changes in processes and offerings of business solutions.
- Manages changes related to analytics and controls change requests.
- Oversee professional responses to customers and follows up on incidents and escalations.

**Background & Experience**
- A bachelor or Master degree in HR, Business administration, Public affairs, International Communication.
- 5-7 years Data Analytics preferable in HR analytics
- Experience in analytics tooling like Power BI and Tableau
- Experience in a global context.
- Knowledge of shared services environment and operations is desirable (including working with outsourcing partners).
- Project Management skills
- Ability to identify areas of improvement and recommend solutions.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Broader knowledge of HR policies, procedures and processes is an asset.
- Experience in project management.
- Ability to collaborate and interact effectively with peers in P&O.
- Knowledge of technical processes related to data flow, interface, etc.
