Role Summary
We are seeking a data-driven analytics expert to manage and configure Adobe Analytics and Google Analytics platforms. The role involves implementing tracking strategies, managing tag configurations, and enabling actionable insights across digital properties.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer and configure Adobe Analytics and Google Analytics accounts, report suites, and dashboards.
• Implement and manage tags using Adobe Launch, Google Tag Manager (GTM), and Tealium IQ.
• Collaborate with marketing, UX, and engineering teams to define KPIs and tracking requirements.
• Set up and validate tracking for websites and mobile apps (iOS/Android).
• Perform A/B and multivariate testing using Adobe Target and Google Optimize.
• Create and maintain dashboards using Adobe Workspace, Report Builder, and Google Data Studio.
• Troubleshoot tagging issues using debugging tools like Omnibug, Experience Cloud Debugger, and Tag Assistant.
• Ensure data governance and compliance with privacy regulations (GDPR, CCPA).
• Document technical specifications and maintain implementation standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 4–5 years of hands-on experience in Adobe Analytics and Google Analytics administration.
• Proficiency in Adobe Launch, GTM, and Tealium IQ for tag management.
• Experience with Adobe Target, Adobe Audience Manager, and Customer Journey Analytics.
• Strong understanding of web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
• Familiarity with SQL and data visualization tools like Tableau or Google Data Studio.
• Knowledge of data governance and privacy frameworks.
• Adobe Analytics Professional Certification or equivalent is a plus.
