**Job Title**: Sales Executive/ Customer Support Employee
**Location**: Ring Road

**Job Type**: Full-time
**Industry**: IT or accounting background, or having done the Tally Course, in which he/she is interested in sales.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and field visits.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
- Present, promote, and sell products/services using solid arguments to prospective clients.
- Conduct market research to understand customer needs and identify trends.
- Negotiate and close deals, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services.
- Kept accurate records of sales activities and generated regular reports.
- Collaborate with team members and other departments to optimize the sales effort.
- Attend meetings, sales events, and training sessions as required.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Sales Executive or similar role. (1-2 Years)
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with CRM practices and sales tracking tools is a plus.

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
